As part of the series of celebrations surrounding the 65th anniversary of Astra, presents the culture of Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and East Indonesia, and continues its commitment to sustainable social contributions in the health sector to create a healthy Indonesian society through the 2022 Kechatan Astra Festival (Astra Health Festival) to celebrate National Health Day.

The festival, which was held at Kampung Bersieri Astra (KBA), Tegesari, Bali, was attended by Director General of Public Health of the Ministry of Health Maria Endang Somwe, Deputy Governor of Bali Tjokurda Oka Artha Ardana Sukawati and Chief Corporate Human Capital Development Aloysius Astra Budi. The Qishahtan Astra 2022 festival, which bears the slogan “Establishing sustainable wellness for the family,” aims to educate the public that the nation’s health and well-being stem from a healthy family environment, in line with the Ministry of Health’s vision of encouraging health to start with preventive efforts. .

The chain of events began with the opening of the Purnama Integrated Health Services Center (Poseyandu) in Banjar Tegesari, Tunga Village, North Denpasar Province; advertising for Prima Posyandu in Tonja; child and family health activities, such as hand washing with soap, which were attended by 650 participants; healthy family meal cooking competitions; In addition to blood donation drives in Astra Group regions throughout Indonesia, the number of participants who donate blood will be converted into assistance using Posyandu equipment throughout Indonesia.

The event continued with the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Astra and the Ministry of Health to improve public health in order to create a healthier Indonesia. The collaboration also includes efforts to improve the public health sector, strengthen and streamline the implementation of Posyandu services, and increase health efforts using a life-cycle approach, as well as efforts to improve community nutrition.
