Warzone 2.0 reworks many of the key mechanics of Call of Duty’s hit royale game. It introduces a new circle mechanic, a 2v2 gulag that lets you work with your opponents, and even a new coating system for armor.
The franchises are also seeing some big changes. You can no longer individually customize and choose your benefits package.
Instead, the 17 perks in the game are categorized into different groups of eight perk packs. You’ll have to choose what works best for your playstyle, even if it’s not necessarily the exact selection you want.
Here’s a look at the best feature packs to use in Warzone 2.0.
All the benefits of Warzone 2.0
As in Modern Warfare 2’s multiplayer, perks are categorized into Base, Bonus, and Ultimate. Basic perks activate when a match starts, extra perks activate after four minutes, and ultimate perks kick in after eight minutes.
Each perk includes two core perks, one bonus perk, and the Ultimate perk.

Ghost remains one of the best franchises in the game, especially on the farm. It hides you from drones, mobile radars, and heart rate sensors, making it easy to avoid detection and outsmart opponents.
Hiding your location is everything in battle royale, especially if you prefer a slower approach to the game.
Spotter and Tracker are also useful perks, allowing you to scout buildings before entering and scout out retreating enemies.
Finally, Double Time can help you make a quick escape or engage faster. It can also be vital when flanking opponents, allowing you to get into the situation faster.
The Weapon Specialist is another solid pick. It’s the only perk pack that features Overkill, which increases the firepower you bring to the battlefield.
This means that you can use a sniper rifle and an SMG at closer range, allowing you to tackle a wide range of engagements.
While Strong Arm isn’t the most useful feature, the package makes up for it with Spotter and Survivor. The survivor, in particular, can be useful in helping you out of a jam, making it easier for your team to rescue you after you fall.
Vanguard has several perks that are useful for maneuvering in difficult situations. In addition to the extra agility you get from Double Time, it also comes with Bomb Squad, which can save you from pesky Claymore or other explosives.
Resupply lets you secure buildings with additional lethal gear that recharges over time, while High Alert gives you an alert if someone is watching.
However, you will still need to keep your guard up. If the enemies had the cold blooded advantage, they wouldn’t sound a loud warning.
