Hints: The Tigers had a difficult start to the season. since then? Colombia won eight of their last nine matches, the only blemish being a setback for Trinity Christian. Defense was a major reason for this shift. Since losing 43-30 on penalties to Trinity in Week 5, the Tigers have led LB Jaden Robinson (Florida Commitment) and DB Loving Ferrell (Indiana commits), Columbia gave up just 64 points. The tigers still have plenty of ammunition to attack. RB Tony Fulton (593 yards, 8 TDs), QB Tyler Jefferson (1,081 passing yards, 9 TDs, 475 rushing yards, 5 TDs) and a WR Camdon Freer (502 yards, 5 TDs) It has some juice in it. Columbia has not made it past the third round of the postseason since 2015 when it beat the Bartram Trail to reach the state semifinals. The Tigers are 3-1 all-time in the playoffs against Choctaw, with the last meeting coming in 2003. Choctaw has had five losses but those have been to teams with seven or more wins. Hints: The Bulldogs have been on a tear since a 1-3 start (one loss was later reversed by a forfeit), ripping eight straight wins for their best postseason run since 2015. RB Mercuryfuss Owens (1,026 yards, 6 TDs), WR Jaffarion Smith (913 yards, 11 TD) and QB Bronze Tillotson (1,800 passing yards, 18 TDs) is the headliner on the offensive side of the ball for Suwannee. While these offensive numbers are impressive, the Bulldogs relied on defense as the season went on. It beat Bradford 10-7 in Week 11 and then kept West Florida in check last week. Smith and LBs Lang code And the Brandon Robinson They are the big names on this side of the ball. They will need another sharp defensive display against a Florida High team that averages 35 ppg. Pensacola Catholic dragged the Seminoles into a dogfight last week, something Suwannee and Coach Keeler Hall Will try to repeat it. The Seminoles have finished their season six times against a home team (twice to Union County, three times to Trinity Christian and once to Polis).

Zone 2-2s

(3) Baker County (9-3) v (1) Bradford (11-1)

The path is here: Baker County d. (6) Juli, 16-6; Dr.. (2) Baldwin, 31-29; bradford d. (8) Crescent City – 48-0. Dr.. (5) Gainesville Eastside, 37-0.

Hints: A rematch of a Week 1 game never ended and was eventually called in favor of the Tornadoes, who were leading 21-0 before the Storms stopped them. They will finish this. This rivalry has lasted for decades, but they’ve only met once in the playoffs, a 30-14 Bradford win in 2001. While the Tornadoes have a state championship to their credit (the Class A title in 1965) they can do something here that they haven’t done before. Play a play-off in the fourth round. Bradford coach Jimmy Rodgers He has little experience with that. Baker County had never been more than three rounds deep in the state playoffs before 2017. That’s when Rodgers, in his sophomore season at his alma mater, Baker County, led the Wildcats not just past the third round, but all the way to the state title game. Now in his first year at Bradford, Rodgers’ side has been holding a tight grip against infraction. Bradford allowed 31 points all season, including back-to-back shutouts in the state playoffs. Tornadoes recorded nine shutouts with players such as DB Khalil Cummingsand LBs Chason Clark, Turin Brazil And the Bryson Bowen lead the way. Baker County has been consistent and very good under Coach Kevin Mays, including last year’s state semi-final appearance. While the graduation was teetering on a vicious defense, not everything was left. LBs Seth Chestnut (135 balls) and Orlando Holland (118 balls, 12.5 sacks) tackle the machines. and DB Davon Dean Six interceptions. On offense, R.B Cam Smith Is a Gamebreaker (1,474 rushing yards, 15 TDs). Can he solve Bradford’s defense this time?
