Joel Klatt updates his college football rankings after Week 13. Ohio State remains within striking distance of the CFP

The college football regular season has come to an end, and with it a dismal end to the football season for Ohio State after a stinging loss to Michigan for the second year in a row. And while the embarrassing loss to the Wolverines may have knocked the Buckeyes out of the College Football Playoff, there is still a little bit of hope.

Look no further than Fox College Football analyst Joel Klatt’s rankings for an example of OSU still within striking distance of the top four teams that will compete for a national championship. He has Ohio within walking distance if all goes well.

Georgia, Michigan, UCLA, and USC went on to win and put themselves in good stead, while Ohio State, LSU, and Clemson fell. The last two scores are enough to keep the Buckeyes’ hopes alive for now.

So what does Klatt think of the top teams in the country after their week 13 rivalry? Here’s a look at his seven best teams.
