The IE School of Global and Public Affairs and the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) have signed a new agreement to launch an Executive Master in International Development (EMID), a program for mid-career professionals who wish to promote sustainable social, economic and environmental development around the world.

Born out of a shared desire for the world to come together and address global challenges, this program provides a hands-on and practical approach to the latest issues in development, as well as the advancement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

By combining development studies with management training, the program is designed for professionals who wish to improve their competencies and enhance their professional profiles in the multilateral, governmental, private or not-for-profit sectors, working on development issues.

Taught by IE University’s research faculty and senior representatives from the United Nations and other international organizations, the program will allow students to immerse themselves in the challenges of international development.
